Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced IT Operations Technician with CI/CD and DevOps expertise to deliver consulting and operational services to enterprise end clients. DevOps Delivery
Design, implement, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines to streamline build, test, and deployment processes.Reduce manual intervention and errors while accelerating development and release cycles.Infrastructure as Code (IaC)Develop and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code principles.Ensure environments are consistent, repeatable, scalable, and compliant.System Monitoring &
Logging
Implement and manage monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to track system health, performance, and availability.Enable proactive incident detection, root cause analysis, and optimisation.Security Implementation (DevSecOps)Embed security controls into the development and deployment lifecycle.Implement vulnerability scanning, security automation, and compliance enforcement aligned with organisational and regulatory standards.Deployment ManagementAutomate and oversee application deployments across multiple environments.Ensure minimal downtime, smooth transitions, and rollback strategies where required.Troubleshooting &
Incident Resolution

Experience
Strong experience in CI/CD pipeline design and automationHands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g. Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation, etc.)Experience with monitoring and logging platformsSolid understanding of DevOps and DevSecOps practicesStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExperience working in client-facing or consulting environmentsAbility to work across on-site and remote delivery modelsDesirable SkillsCloud platform experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP)Containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)Scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc.)Knowledge of IT service management practices (ITIL)Personal AttributesStrong communicator with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholdersProactive, self-motivated, and delivery-focusedContinuous improvement mindsetComfortable working in dynamic, multi-client environments
