Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and resolve queries within defined TAT.

Manage customer complaints, escalations, and requests through CRM.

Maintain accurate case documentation and follow-ups.

Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.

Conduct feedback calls, surveys, and service reminders.

Coordinate with internal teams for query resolution and timely closure.

Ensure adherence to SOPs, compliance guidelines, and data confidentiality.

Track KPIs, SLAs, call handling time, resolution rate, and CSAT.

Prepare daily call reports and MIS for management.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced customer experience.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.

Good knowledge of CRM and MS Office.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Customer-focused approach with professional attitude.

Location: Mumbai (BKC)

Reporting to: Head 1Point

Experience: 3-4 Years

Qualification: Any Graduate

Working days - 6 Days

Work timings - 9:00am To 6:00pm

Gender Preference - Female

Age - 40 Years

Contract period, auto-renewable or not: 1 year. Can be renewed with evaluation.
