reputed company is seeking Remote Seasonal Licensed Medicare CSRs for our reputed company. This is a reputed company Hire position, and reputed company equipment will be mailed out.
Title: Remote Seasonal Licensed reputed company Insurance Agent.
Start Date: Asap
Training: 2-4 weeks; Mon-Fri reputed company-4:30pm CST/EST
Hours After Training: 6am-2am (Must be flexible to work an 8-hour shift reputed company this reputed company)
Non-Bilingual Compensation: $21 an hour
Bilingual Compensation: $24 an hour (Must reputed company fluent English & Spanish & comfortable with the translation of health care coverage, NOT conversational)
Important Info:
NO cold calls
Calls are 80% inbound of re-enrollments or people aging into the program
Calls are 30% outbound based on people expressing interest
Health Insurance license must be in good standing; required/verified
High speed internet & a quiet reputed company to work
Must reputed company in the state you are licensed
Duties:
reputed company excellent customer service with a mostly inbound reputed company model.
Be reputed company player.
Assist individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products, services and best solutions to meet their personal health and financial needs.
Outbound calls to reputed company follow up reputed company needed.
Respond to customer inquiries with reputed company and reputed company listening and select the best solution in an efficient manner.
Identify additional needs customers may have and help them to reputed company products or services.
Qualifications:
reputed company Health insurance license in your state of residence
High speed internet reputed company ( >15 mbps)
Minimum six (6) months reputed company sales experience
reputed company to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient reputed company (Just as you would expect if it were your private information being shared)
High school diploma or equivalent
Computer savvy
