About the Role We at Innovaccer are looking for a Software Development Engineer-II (Backend+AI) to build the most amazing product experience. Youll get to work with other engineers to build delightful feature experiences to understand and solve our customers pain points. A Day in the Life - Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend systems using Python, FastAPI, Django, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, LangChain, LangGraph, Redis, Elasticsearch, and other relevant technologies. - Collaborate closely with product managers, other engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements, define technical solutions, and deliver high-quality software products. - Develop efficient and optimized APIs and microservices to support various frontend applications and external integrations. - Implement data models, database schemas, and perform database optimizations to ensure data integrity and performance. - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards. What You Need - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). - 3-6 years of professional experience in backend development, with a focus on Python, FastAPI, Django, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, and other relevant backend technologies. - Experience with Vector DBs, LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning SLMs, Frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or Autogen (at least one is a must). - Strong understanding of database concepts and experience with database systems such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Redis. - Experience with message queues, caching mechanisms, and other backend optimization techniques. - Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and experience in building and integrating APIs. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver high-quality software solutions within deadlines.
