01Responsibilities
Deliver structured and engaging training sessions for school teachers, principals, and academic
coordinators in online and in-person formats.
Visit partner schools using Next Educations products (training materials, Mathubalan
textbooks, Mathubalan digital content, and digital modules) to conduct teacher enablement
programs.
Train and support teachers in the effective usage, implementation, and integration of Next
Educations Computer Science curriculum and digital solutions.
Demonstrate product features, digital platforms, coding tools, and classroom-ready teaching
methodologies.
Facilitate onboarding and post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption of products
across schools.
Conduct teacher assessments, collect feedback, and share improvement recommendations with
internal teams.
Design, update, and maintain training materials, presentations, user manuals, and reference
guides.
Collaborate with content, product, academic, and technology teams to continuously enhance
training quality and curriculum effectiveness.
Organize and facilitate workshops, certification programs, refresher trainings, and academic
events for educators.
Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and school-wise reports.
Provide ongoing academic and basic technical support to schools when required.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Education, or a related discipline.
Solid understanding of school-level Computer Science concepts, coding fundamentals, and digital learning tools.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Solid presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage, motivate, and guide educators effectively.
Comfortable working in a field-based role and willing to travel to .
