Account Executive Intern - Tally

Job Title: Accounts Executive (Tally) Location: On-site Hyderabad Experience: Fresher to 6 Months Employment Type: Full-time Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive with basic knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience in Tally. The ideal candidate will support daily accounting operations and assist the Financial Manager in maintaining accurate financial records and reports. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting activities using Tally.Record and maintain financial transactions, invoices, payments, and receipts.Prepare and maintain purchase, sales, and expense records.Perform bank reconciliations and monitor account balances.Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.Maintain accurate financial documentation and records.Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related activities.Assist the Financial Manager in preparing reports and financial statements.Coordinate with internal teams for accounting and financial requirements.Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Fresher to 6 months of experience in accounting.Working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.Familiarity with MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Good communication and analytical abilities.Immediate joiners are highly preferred.Preferred Skills Knowledge of GST and TDS concepts.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Willingness to learn and grow in the accounting and finance domain.What We Offer Practical exposure to end-to-end accounting processes.Opportunity to work closely with experienced finance professionals.Learning and growth opportunities in accounting and financial management.Salary: 10,000 15,000 per month (depending on skills and experience) Compensation: 8,000.00 - 10,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick timePaid time offWork Location: In person .
