Role Overview

As a Specialty Sales Field Sales GSP Management at FedEx, you will apply specialist knowledge in performing and reviewing specific processes and procedures within and across departments to support the achievement of divisional and corporate goals. You will participate and lead in the design, development, and implementation of processes within your area of expertise. Your role will involve utilizing your Presentation Skills, Influencing, Persuasion, Negotiation, Written and Verbal Communication, as well as Networking Skills to excel in the field territory sales and supply chain management. Your responsibilities will include customer acquisition and retention, pre-sales customer proposal creation, pricing proposal, account activation, and post-sales competition monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform and review specific processes and procedures within and across departments - Design, develop, and implement processes within your area of expertise - Utilize Presentation Skills, Influencing, Persuasion, Negotiation, Written and Verbal Communication, and Networking Skills - Manage field territory sales, supply chain, domestic local coverage, and EG ER sales calls - Acquire and retain customers through effective strategies - Create pre-sales customer proposals and pricing proposals - Activate accounts and monitor post-sales competition
