Job Title : Accounts Executive Location : Hyderabad (Madhapur) Onsite (5 Days) Experience : 2 4 Years Joining : Immediate Joiners Preferred Shift : EST Shift (should be comfortable working EST hours while handling Indian payroll) Company : Next Gen Software Solutions Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage accounting operations, payroll, statutory compliance, and financial records. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Indian accounting practices and be comfortable working in EST shift timings.
Key Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
Process monthly payroll and maintain payroll records.Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.Prepare and file GST and TDS returns.Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records.Support employee onboarding related to payroll and compliance.Assist with MIS reporting, audits, and month-end closing activities.
Required Skills - 24 years of experience in accounting and finance.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Payroll, PF, ESI, Bookkeeping, and General Accounting.Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software, along with MS Excel.Good understanding of Indian statutory compliance.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications - B. Com or equivalent qualification in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
CA Qualified or CA Inter candidates will be preferred.Immediate joiners are preferred.
