Overview
As an Account Manager at Teamified, you will play a crucial role in managing client accounts and ensuring the successful delivery of our services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Upselling relevant products and services to enhance business value.
- Developing new business opportunities within existing accounts and identifying areas for improvement.
- Forecasting key account metrics and maintaining accurate reporting on account status.
- Preparing and delivering comprehensive reports on account performance and health.
- Working closely with the Sales Team to uncover and pursue growth opportunities.
- Driving client and staff retention strategies to foster organic growth and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications required for this role include:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong background in project management; experience in recruitment is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable with CRM tools and data reporting platforms.
