Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete sales cycle, including discovery, product demonstrations, negotiations, contract closure, and onboarding.
- Build and manage relationships with staffing and recruitment agencies.
- Understand customer pain points and position our AI-powered recruiting platform as the ideal solution.
- Conduct product demonstrations and effectively communicate business value.
- Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with the product and GTM teams to provide customer feedback and improve product offerings.
- Contribute to developing and refining the company's sales playbook and go-to-market strategy.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced startup environment.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS or Enterprise Software Sales.
- Robust track record of managing the complete sales cycle and closing new business.
- Experience selling to recruitment, staffing, HRTech, or related industries is preferred.
- Ability to understand and demonstrate technical products with confidence.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable working in a high-growth startup environment.
