01Job Description

GST Compliance
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B, etc.).
- Perform GST reconciliation with books of accounts and the GST portal.
- Verify Input Tax Credit (ITC) and resolve mismatches.
- Ensure compliance with all GST laws and statutory regulations.
- Handle GST notices, assessments, and departmental queries.
- Maintain GST records and documentation for audits.
Accounting
- Record daily accounting transactions in ERP/Tally.
- Prepare purchase, sales, and expense entries.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts.
Taxation & Compliance
- Coordinate with CA and auditors for GST and statutory audits.
- Ensure timely payment of GST liabilities.
- Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Reporting
- Prepare monthly GST reports and MIS.
- Generate financial and tax-related reports for management.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
