Account Manager- Client Servicing (Mainline) (Aurangabad)

We are looking for a lively, highly skilled, and seasoned Advertising Account Manager with a strong instinct for building client relationships and translating complex brand objectives into impactful mainline campaigns. (Solid Print/Mainline advertising exposure is mandatory.)

Team Leadership: Directly manage, mentor, and guide a high-performing team of 23 Account executives to ensure flawless operational execution. Relationship Management: Lead strategic client interactions to deeply understand their products, business objectives, competitors, and target audiences. Escalation Handling : Serve as the primary point of contact for critical client escalations, resolving complex issues with sound judgment, speed, and a high sense of urgency. Campaign Strategy & Execution: Translate insights and client briefs into robust marketing plans, strategic communication solutions, timelines, and budgets. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with creative, copy, and strategy teams to shape campaign direction, brainstorm brand strategies, and deliver seamless execution on client briefs. High-Impact Delivery : Create and deliver compelling presentations for campaign pitches, brand launches, and initiatives, ensuring high-quality delivery within defined timelines. Key Requirements & Qualifications: Experience: 6-10 years of proven account management and client servicing experience within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 mainline advertising agency. Domain Expertise: Strong, mandatory exposure to brand strategy, planning, and traditional mainline advertising (non-digital). Problem Solving: Strong creative thinking paired with logical, analytical, and operational problem-solving abilities. Project Management: Proven ability to multitask, manage multiple comprehensive projects simultaneously, and deliver under tight deadlines with exceptional attention to detail. Communication & Tech Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, is required.
