Account Manager About the job
You'll be the face of Clarity to our US-based clients - the one person they call when something needs to happen. We're a tax and accounting firm, and our clients expect precision, responsiveness, and someone they can trust. NOTE: This is a six days a week, work from office (Hyderabad) role, working in US Shift timings (6:30pm to 3:30am)
Coordinate client requirements with internal accounting and tax teams and ensure timely, accurate delivery
1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, account management, client servicing, or similar
