Ensure client satisfaction while achieving revenue and profitability targets. Required Skills 515 years of experience in Domestic IT Staffing. Strong experience in C2H/Contract Staffing. Excellent client handling and stakeholder management skills. Experience managing enterprise accounts and recruitment delivery. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Good understanding of IT technologies, hiring trends, and market mapping. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
