Role Overview
You are an experienced Account Manager in US Staffing responsible for managing and expanding business relationships with existing and new clients. Your role involves client relationship management, business development, and meeting hiring demands by leveraging strong connections with client Points of Contacts (POCs).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current clients and identify opportunities for account growth.
- Acquire new business by engaging with potential clients through strategic outreach methods such as cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Act as the main point of contact for client POCs, fostering long-term, trusted partnerships.
- Understand client needs, hiring requirements, and project pipelines to deliver effective staffing solutions.
- Monitor and report on account performance, revenue generation, and growth metrics.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align business objectives and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications Required
- At least 8 to 12 years of experience in US IT Staffing, including a minimum of 3 years in an account management or client-facing position.
- Strong network and established relationships with client POCs, particularly with implementation partners.
- Demonstrated ability to bring in new business and effectively manage large accounts.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Profound understanding of US staffing processes, tax terms, and visa classifications.
- Results-oriented with a high level of ownership and accountability.
