Job Description

Overview

As an Account Manager in US Staffing, your role will involve managing and expanding business relationships with existing clients while also acquiring new clients. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and nurturing strong relationships with current clients to identify opportunities for account growth. - Generating new business by bringing onboard new clients through various strategic methods such as cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, and referrals. - Acting as the main point of contact for client Points of Contact (POCs) to establish enduring and trustworthy relationships. - Understanding client needs, hiring requirements, and project pipelines to deliver effective staffing solutions. - Monitoring and reporting on account performance, revenue generation, and growth metrics. - Collaborating closely with senior leadership to align business objectives and ensure client satisfaction. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A minimum of 8 to 12 years of experience in US IT Staffing, with at least 3+ years in either account management or a client-facing position. - A robust network and established relationships with client POCs, especially with implementation partners. - Demonstrated proficiency in acquiring new business and effectively managing substantial accounts. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - In-depth knowledge of US staffing processes, tax terms, and visa classifications. - A results-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
