Overview
As an Account Manager in US Staffing, your role will involve managing and expanding business relationships with existing clients while also acquiring new clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and nurturing strong relationships with current clients to identify opportunities for account growth.
- Generating new business by bringing onboard new clients through various strategic methods such as cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Acting as the main point of contact for client Points of Contact (POCs) to establish enduring and trustworthy relationships.
- Understanding client needs, hiring requirements, and project pipelines to deliver effective staffing solutions.
- Monitoring and reporting on account performance, revenue generation, and growth metrics.
- Collaborating closely with senior leadership to align business objectives and ensure client satisfaction.
To qualify for this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 8 to 12 years of experience in US IT Staffing, with at least 3+ years in either account management or a client-facing position.
- A robust network and established relationships with client POCs, especially with implementation partners.
- Demonstrated proficiency in acquiring new business and effectively managing substantial accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of US staffing processes, tax terms, and visa classifications.
- A results-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
