Financial and Administrative Coordination:
- Coordinate financial and administrative processes by ensuring operational control, continuity, and compliance with objectives.
- Manage treasury by strengthening liquidity, cash flow, and resource availability.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable by ensuring timely tracking, recording, and recovery.
- Develop cash-flow projections anticipating financial needs and critical commitments.
- Monitor payments to suppliers by validating invoices, authorizations, due dates, and documentary support.
- Control customer collection by reducing overdue balance and improving portfolio recording.
- Reconcile banking transactions by ensuring accuracy and traceability.
- Prepare financial reports integrating income, outflows, balances, movements, and liquidity needs.
- Monitor operating budget by identifying deviations, risks, and control opportunities.
- Lead administrative and financial closures by ensuring reliable information and timely delivery.
- Validate accounting and administrative records by strengthening documentary order and support for audits.
- Consolidate the relationship with banks, suppliers, and internal areas to streamline payments and clarifications.
- Streamline billing, payment, and collection processes by reducing errors and response times.
- Implement internal controls to improve traceability, compliance, and financial discipline.
- Analyze financial indicators facilitating decisions on flow, expenses, portfolio, and profitability.
- Ensure fiscal and administrative compliance by reviewing internal documentation, policies, and processes.
- Resolve balance differences by coordinating reconciliations, clarifications, and follow-up with responsible areas.
