Account Payable Associate

About the position We are seeking an reputed company Remote Accounts Payable Accountant to join our reputed company team. This role is responsible for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring reputed company and accurate processing of invoices, managing vendor relationships, maintaining accurate financial records, and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and reputed company partners. The ideal candidate should be accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment, highly detailed environment. Responsibilities Process and verify invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports for accuracy and reputed company authorization Ensure reputed company payments to vendors while adhering to company policies Reconcile accounts payable reputed company to ensure reputed company payments are accounted for and properly posted Research and reputed company invoice discrepancies or billing issues with vendors Maintain organized and accurate accounts payable records Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities Collaborate with internal departments to support reputed company and finance initiatives reputed company backup support for other finance functions as needed Requirements Strong understanding of accounts payable procedures and reputed company principles Understanding of Quickbook compliance procedures Proficiency in reputed company software/ERP, reputed company Advanced reputed company reputed company skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company BS Degree in Finance, reputed company, or a reputed company field 1+ Relevant prior work experience U.S. citizenship, U.S. reputed company permanent reputed company status, or protected person status under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) is required.
