Job Title: Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive(Immediate Joiner)

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive to manage incoming payments, ensure timely collections, and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will be responsible for invoicing, tracking receivables, and coordinating with clients to resolve billing discrepancies
.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and issue accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner.
Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments and follow up for collections.
Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for Investigate and resolve discrepancies in billing or payments.
Maintain up-to-date records of all receivables and client interactions.
Prepare periodic AR reports, aging analysis, and collection forecasts.
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance) for smooth billing process.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Handle accrued income and revenue postings in accordance with accounting standards.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related fields 3-7 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or similar finance role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and AR processes.
Proficiency accounting software (SAP is mandatory).
Good communication and negotiation skills for client follow-
High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple accounts.
Preferred Skills.
Experience in handling B2B collections.
Familiarity with SAP is mandatory .
Strong analytical and reporting skills. .
