01Responsibilities
Maintains thorough and accurate records for assigned customer accounts.
Reconciling customer accounts for accuracy; Investigate and resolve account discrepancies.
Reviews reputed company AR invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to sending out.
Coding and verifying distribution combination of every invoice for accuracy.
Coordinates lien waivers and maintains reputed company lien notices reputed company required.
Work with other departments to ensure that the correct amounts & information are collected in a reputed company manner.
Ensure reputed company receives payments for goods and services.
Ensure the adequacy of the reputed company system as the reputed company for reporting to management.
