Accountant and Office Admin

Tefline Polymers India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant cum Administrative Officer to manage accounting functions and support day-to-day administrative operations. The role involves maintaining accurate records of purchase, sales, and financial transactions, handling accounts payable and receivable, preparing invoices and vouchers, and ensuring compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements. The candidate will also be responsible for bank reconciliations, ledger maintenance, and preparing basic financial reports. In addition, the candidate will coordinate purchase and sales activities, including managing purchase orders, vendor communication, inventory tracking, billing, and payment follow-ups. Administrative responsibilities include maintaining office records, supporting daily operations, and coordinating with internal teams. The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Commerce or Finance with 25 years of relevant experience, and have working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting processes. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential.
