Job Title: Accountant Export Industry Location: Site-5, Kasna Industrial Area, Greater Noida Job Type: Full-time : We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with experience in the Export Industry to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of export accounting processes, international billing, documentation, banking procedures, and receivables management. Key Responsibilities - Handle day-to-day accounting activities. - Prepare and manage international invoices and export billing. - Maintain export-related financial and commercial documentation. - Coordinate bank documentation related to export transactions. - Follow up with international buyers regarding outstanding payments and receivables. - Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation. - Assist in bank reconciliations and financial record management. - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely documentation and smooth workflow. - Support month-end accounting activities and reporting. - Ensure proper filing and record maintenance of financial documents. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent. - Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in an Export Industry (Mandatory). - Experience in International Billing and Export Documentation. - Knowledge of export banking documentation and banking transactions. - Experience in Buyer Payment Follow-up and Accounts Receivable. - Good knowledge of accounting principles and documentation. - Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software. Preferred Candidate - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Valuable communication and coordination abilities. - Responsible, reliable, and able to meet deadlines. - Immediate joiners will be preferred.
