Job Title: Accountant Export Industry Location: Site-5, Kasna Industrial Area, Greater Noida Job Type: Full-time Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with experience in the Export Industry to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of export accounting processes, international billing, documentation, banking procedures, and receivables management. Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day accounting activities.Prepare and manage international invoices and export billing.Maintain export-related financial and commercial documentation.Coordinate bank documentation related to export transactions.Follow up with international buyers regarding outstanding payments and receivables.Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.Assist in bank reconciliations and financial record management.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely documentation and smooth workflow.Support month-end accounting activities and reporting.Ensure proper filing and record maintenance of financial documents.Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in an Export Industry (Mandatory).Experience in International Billing and Export Documentation.Knowledge of export banking documentation and banking transactions.Experience in Buyer Payment Follow-up and Accounts Receivable.Good knowledge of accounting principles and documentation.Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.Preferred Candidate Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Good communication and coordination abilities.Responsible, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.Immediate joiners will be preferred.Compensation: 25,000.00 - 27,000.00 per month Application Question(s): Do you have experience with International Billing Do you have experience handling Export Documentation Do you have knowledge of Bank Documentation and Export Banking Transactions Have you handled Buyer Payment Follow-up / Accounts Receivable Experience: Export Industry: 3 years (Required)Accounting: 3 years (Required)Location: Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Required)Work Location: In person .
