ACCOUNTANT

* Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities. * Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments. * Prepare and maintain invoices, purchase entries, sales entries, and payment records. * Handle **GST filing and GST-related compliance** independently. * Prepare and reconcile **GSTR-1, GSTR-3B** and other applicable GST returns. * Reconcile GST input tax credit with purchase records and GST portal data. * Manage **TDS-related accounting and compliance**, where applicable. * Perform bank reconciliation and maintain proper banking records. * Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records. * Prepare monthly financial reports and statements for management review. * Monitor outstanding payments and receivables. * Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and other external professionals when required. * Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions. * Assist management with accounting-related reports, analysis, and financial information. * Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and taxation regulations.   ### Required Skills & Qualifications   * **More than 3 years of relevant experience in accounting.** * **Practical experience in GST filing and GST compliance is mandatory.** * Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping. * Good working knowledge of **Tally / Tally Prime** and MS Excel. * Experience in sales, purchase, expense, and inventory-related accounting. * Knowledge of GST reconciliation and taxation procedures. * Good attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to independently handle day-to-day accounting activities. * Good communication and coordination skills. * Experience in a manufacturing/trading/furniture industry will be an added advantage.
