Job Title: Accountant

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain books of accounts and financial records.
Record and verify daily financial transactions.
Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
Process payroll and employee reimbursements.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
Prepare MIS reports and financial statements.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax consultants.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, and Taxation.
Experience with Tally Prime, Busy, or similar accounting software.
Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
Understanding of bookkeeping and financial reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and organizational abilities.
Qualifications
B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, or equivalent.
02 years of experience (Freshers with strong accounting knowledge can also apply).
Preferred
Experience in Tally Prime or Busy.
Knowledge of payroll processing.
Familiarity with statutory compliance and audits.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Compensation: 15,000.00 - 26,000.00 per month
