01Overview
We are looking for an experienced Accountant with specific experience in the Jewellery Industry. The candidate should have strong knowledge of jewellery-related accounting, inventory, taxation, purchase/sales transactions, and day-to-day financial operations.
Candidates from Jewellery / Diamond / Gold Jewellery companies will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete day-to-day accounting entries
- Sales and Purchase accounting
- Customer and Supplier ledger management
- Bank entries and Bank Reconciliation
- Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Customer outstanding and payment follow-up reports
- GST-related accounting and reconciliation
- TDS entries and basic compliance
- Expense and petty cash management
- Invoice verification and accounting
- Gold, Diamond and Jewellery stock-related accounting
- Job work / Karigar accounting and reconciliation
- Material issue/receipt reconciliation
- Stock and accounts reconciliation
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP / accounting software
- Assist with monthly and yearly account closing
- Coordinate with CA / Auditor whenever required
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of accounting experience
- Jewellery industry experience is strongly preferred
- Good understanding of Gold, Diamond and Jewellery transactions
- Robust knowledge of GST, TDS and accounting principles
- Experience with Tally / ERP / accounting software
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong reconciliation and numerical skills
- Ability to maintain accurate and confidential financial records
- Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently

Experience: 3+ Years
Education: B.Com / M.Com or relevant qualification preferred
