We run a few companies in India and want to bring all our accounting in-house under one person, based in our Mysore office. Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and month-end closure for multiple companies Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations Prepare monthly management reports and consolidated financial summaries Manage inter-company accounting and multi-company financial operations Ensure proper maintenance of accounts in Zoho Books and related systems GST: monthly and annual returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) and input credit reconciliation TDS/TCS: deductions, challans, quarterly returns, and 26AS reconciliation Income tax: advance tax workings and corporate return preparation ROC/MCA filings: AOC-4, MGT-7, director KYC, and statutory registers Payroll-linked compliance: PF, ESI, and professional tax Audit Prepare audit-ready financial records and documentation Coordinate with external auditors during statutory audits Improve financial controls and accounting processes where required Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Open on experience: recently qualified or several years in, what matters is that you can own the work Strong on Indian compliance: GST, TDS, income tax, ROC/MCA, and Companies Act requirements Hands-on with accounting software (Zoho Books, Tally Prime, or similar) and confident in Excel Based in or willing to relocate to Mysore (this is an in-office role) Skills:- Audit and Accounting Facebook Twitter LinkedIn Accountant / Management Accountant Staff Other jobs in Mysore Facebook Twitter LinkedIn Accountant / Management Accountant Staff Other jobs in Mysore .
