The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals and hands-on experience in end-to-end accounting for multiple clients, preferably servicing Norwegian companies or similar European jurisdictions.The role involves managing daily bookkeeping, indirect tax filings, period-end closing, and supporting finalisation and basic tax preparation activities. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end accounting for multiple Norwegian clientsDaily bookkeeping, including: Sales & purchase/expanses accountingBank and balance sheet reconciliationsPayroll creating and postingsPrepare and file Norwegian VAT (MVA) returnsHandle month-end and year-end closing activitiesAssist in finalization of accounts as per Norwegian accounting standardsSupport basic tax preparation and annual reporting requirementsEnsure accuracy, timelines, and compliance with client SOPsCoordinate with onshore teams / clients for queries and clarificationsMaintain proper documentation and audit-ready working paper Required Skills & Qualifications Strong fundamental accounting knowledgeMinimum 4 years of experience in:Managing multiple clientsEnd-to-end accounting processesSales tax / VAT filingsFinalization supportQualification: CA QualifiedGood understanding of European / Norwegian accounting concepts (preferred)Experience working in a KPO / outsourcing environmentProficiency in accounting software (experience with Visma, Tripletex, PowerOffice, SnelStart is an advantage)Good Excel skillsStrong communication and documentation skills Preferred Candidate Profile Experience working with Norwegian or Nordic clientsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionProcess-driven and detail-orientedComfortable handling deadlines and multiple clients Shift timings: 12 PM - 9:30 PM Share FacebookTwitterLinkedIn Apply(This will open in a new window from which you will be automatically redirected to an external site after 5 seconds) More searches like this Accountant / Management Accountant Staff Other jobs in India .
