Education: B.com/MBA/CA Dropout Work Mode: 5 days WFO/Hybrid/Remote What Youll Do Pass and review general accounting entries, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting principles, work on month-end closing activities, including preparation of financial data and reports, manage accounting activities in line with applicable Accounting Standards (AS), Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities - Manage accounting activities in line with applicable Accounting Standards (AS). - Handle TDS compliance, including calculation, deduction, and timely filing of returns. - Support GST compliance, including return preparation, reconciliation, and statutory reporting. - Maintain accurate financial records and assist in preparation of financial statements. - Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and assist during audits and assessments. - Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of accounting and tax processes. - Utilize Excel for data analysis, reconciliations, reporting, and maintaining financial records. Skills Required - Working knowledge of Accounting, Accounting Standards (AS), TDS, and GST. - Experience in general accounting entries, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, data analysis, and reporting). - b communication skills (written and verbal). - High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. - Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
