- Collaborate with the accounting and finance teams to obtain and request required data to analyze.
- Liaise with CFOs and other financial executives to understand the business objectives and improvements in finance they want to achieve.
- Download, Sort and analyze large volumes of accounting data.
- Present reports of findings once data has been analyzed.
- Notify management and executives of any and all suspicious or worrying information found when analyzing data.
- Use various accounting software and data analytics software to identify patterns, trends, and inconsistencies in the financial data.
- Understand the finance departments goals, objectives, and improvements.
- Work as part of a broader team to ensure the financial stability of the company.
- Prepare data, reports, and information required for forensic investigators where required.
- Assist with quarterly, yearly, and monthly reconciliation, including AR and AP reports
