01Responsibilities
Manage accounting/budgeting function in the company including recurring statutory compliances.
Facilitate timely completion of statutory and tax audits of the company.
Coordinate the direct and indirect tax assessments with various statutory departments.
Ideate, conceptualize and implement projects for process improvements.
End to end handling of advanced projects like Advance Pricing Agreement, ESOP implementation, Digitization of accounting processes etc.
Partner with global stakeholders on enterprise driven projects/ initiatives with also implementation at a local India entity level
Basic Qualifications
At least 6 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant.
Preferred Qualifications
Certified Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
8+ years of experience as a Chartered Accountant
Excellent communication skills - verbal, written and presentation
