Skilligent is a digital operations company serving clients across the USA, with a distributed India-based team running multiple brands. You'll work directly on US books not as a back-office data entry layer, but as the person the numbers run through.
You'll own the day-to-day accounting for our US-based clients: ledgers, reconciliations, AP/AR, and month-end close. If you know US GAAP, live inside QuickBooks, and catch the discrepancy before anyone else does, this seat is built for you.
6:0010:00 AM IST overlaps the US night shift, where you coordinate with our onshore floor manager to record and verify daily sales

Both windows are where the work actually happens. Financial records, ledgers, and accounting entries for US-based clients
Daily bank and credit card reconciliationsFinancial reports, balance sheets, and P&L statementsPayroll processing support in line with US accounting and tax regulations3+ years in accounting, preferably US accounting or the outsourcing/KPO industryHands-on QuickBooks experienceWorking knowledge of US GAAP and accounting principlesStrong command of AP, AR, bank reconciliation, and journal entriesAdvanced MS Excel and financial reportingBachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or FinanceKnowledge of US taxation and bookkeeping processes (added advantage)Genuinely able to commit to both daily blocks, long-termFully remote, no commuteDirect line to the CEO and onshore operations not buried in a KPO pyramid .
