01Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic accountant to assist our team in finance and operational tasks. They should be resourceful, highly organized, and self-motivated to put processes in place.
The role and responsibility include but is not limited to the following:
Provide accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information
Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
Manage all accounting transactions like Sales, Purchase, Payment, receipts, invoicing, expenses reporting, payroll etc
Record bank statements daily and perform reconciliation.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software Tally, SAP, etc
Prepare monthly GST Data and file GST
Handling statutory filings - TDS, GST, PF/ESI
Proper Stock Keeping of all items
Strong organizational, time management & multitasking skills
Must have strong analytical skills, able to work with minimal supervision, and be highly motivated.
Could effectively work in a cross-functional team environment. Work in complete cooperation with the rest of the office team (Sales, Operations, etc)
Preparation of various types of MIS reports and proposal preparations
Negotiating and Managing vendors
High proficiency in English, Malayalam
