Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, in accordance with GAAP and IFRS Analyze financial data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement Monitor and manage cash flow and working capital, ensuring sufficient liquidity and optimal utilization of funds Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, bankers, and other stakeholders Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, policies, and standards related to accounting and finance Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard the companys assets and ensure data integrity Support senior management in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and decision making Provide financial advice and guidance on various business issues and initiatives Conduct research and benchmarking on best practices and industry trends in accounting and financeSkills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a managerial role Proficient in accounting software, Excel, MS Office, and other relevant tools Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, tax laws, audit standards, and financial reporting requirements Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills High attention to detail, accuracy, and quality Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Leadership, teamwork, and people management skills .
