Junior Accountant
Babli is a fast-growing D2C fashion brand looking to strengthen its Accounts & Finance team.
We are hiring for two positions:
Junior Accountant (1-3 years experience)
Accounts & Finance Manager (3+ years experience)
Location : Khokra, Ahmedabad (On-site)
What we're looking for
Strong accounting fundamentals (Debit/Credit, Assets, Liabilities, P&L, Balance Sheet, Journal Entries)
GST & TDS knowledge, compliance and return preparation
Experience in finalization of accounts and coordination with CA for audit and compliance
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, formulas, data handling, CSV import/export)
Bank reconciliation and net banking operations
Experience in reconciliation of orders, payments, returns, COD, prepaid orders and payment gateway settlements
Ability to identify reconciliation mismatches and discrepancies
Ability to work with large volumes of financial and operational data
Experience with ERP software (Logic ERP preferred)
Experience in e-commerce, D2C, retail or garment industry preferred
For Senior Profiles:
Ability to prepare MIS reports
Understanding of cash flow management
Profitability and P&L analysis
Budgeting and financial planning
Ability to provide management with financial insights and decision-making reports
