Greetings from Synergy Resource Solutions www synergyresource co in a leading recruitment consultancy firm Our client is a registered Non-Banking Financial Company Investment and Credit Category providing integrated financial solutions across investments asset management and structured lending Through their Alternate Investment Fund AIF and retail corporate lending platforms they combine discipline innovation and compliance to create long-term financial value Designation Accounts Finance Manager Capital Market Lending Operations Qualification Graduate Postgraduate in Commerce Accounting or Finance CA Inter Chartered Accountant MBA Finance or M Com qualification preferred Gender Any Experience 5-8 years of relevant experience in NBFC Financial Services Capital Market AIF setup Working days Mon to Saturday - 9 30 AM - 6 30 PM Salary INR 40 000 to 60 000 Month Roles Responsibilities We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Finance Manager to manage day-to-day financial operations accounting and banking activities across our NBFC and AIF verticals The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in capital market investment accounting loan accounting using LOS LMS platforms and regulatory reporting This role offers exposure to both investment and credit business operations within a growing financial institution Key Responsibilities Manage daily accounting operations for NBFC and AIF transactions Record and reconcile investment transactions across capital market instruments equities bonds debt and structured products Handle fund flow entries accruals and mark-to-market valuations under Ind AS RBI norms Assist in monthly and annual financial closing and audit coordination Maintain accurate accounting for retail and SME loan portfolios Work with LOS Loan Origination System and LMS Loan Management System for loan disbursements repayments and interest accruals Reconcile borrower accounts EMIs and bank transactions Support preparation of NPA provisioning and loan performance summaries Oversee day-to-day banking transactions fund transfers and reconciliations Coordinate with banks for payments collections and fund placements Track inflows outflows and assist in liquidity and cash management Support compliance reporting under RBI NBFC guidelines SEBI AIF regulations and Companies Act Prepare and maintain GST TDS and other statutory filings Coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities during audits and inspections Prepare financial MIS and summaries for management review Maintain internal checks documentation and support automation initiatives in finance Candidate Profile Graduate Postgraduate in Commerce Accounting or Finance CA Inter Chartered Accountant MBA Finance or M Com qualification preferred 5-8 years of relevant experience in NBFC Financial Services Capital Market AIF setup Strong knowledge of investment accounting loan accounting and financial reporting Hands-on experience with LOS LMS platforms and ERP or Tally systems Sound understanding of basic RBI SEBI and taxation compliances Good analytical organizational and communication skills What We Offer Opportunity to work across both investment and lending operations Exposure to NBFC and AIF accounting treasury and compliance functions Supportive and structured work environment with strong learning potential Competitive salary and growth opportunities within the organization Candidates matching this requirement can share their updated resume with details of their present salary expectations notice period .
