Bizzoppo Interiors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive (Fresher) to join our Accounts & Finance team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to build a career in accounting and finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining day-to-day accounting entries.
- Prepare sales and purchase invoices.
- Record receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain petty cash records.
- Organize and file accounting documents and invoices.
- Support vendor and customer account reconciliation.
- Assist in preparing GST and TDS-related documentation.
- Coordinate with the HR team for payroll-related data.
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Support monthly closing activities.
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Familiarity with Tally Prime (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Compensation: 10,000.00 - 15,000.00 per month
