Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Branch Accountant to manage the day-to-day accounting operations of our branch in Ernakulam. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, experience in the automobile industry, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
Manage cash, bank, and petty cash transactions.
Prepare sales, purchase, and expense entries in the accounting system.
Reconcile bank statements, customer accounts, and vendor accounts.
Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
Maintain GST-related documentation and support statutory compliance.
Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS reports.
Coordinate with the Head Office for accounting and audit requirements.
Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Requirements
B.Com Graduate.
Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
Experience in the automobile industry is preferred.
Good knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting principles.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
