Job Description:
Qualification: Bcom / Mcom
Experience: min 2 to 5 years experience in Taxation, Bill passing, Reconciliation, Export Documents, e-Invoices.
Industry: from the Manufacturing Industry will be preferred.
Package: Rs 3.0 to 4.0 Lakhs Per Annum.
Work location: Chakan in Pune
Required Candidate profile: Hands on experience in Finance and Accounts
Experience in Working on Tally & SAP (Preferably SAP B1)
Job description
Responsible for all Bill passing & data entry.
Knowledge about Taxation (GST, TDS, PF, PT & ESIC.)
Statutory Reconciliation - Tax deduction with payments and returns on monthly Basis,
Monthly Bank Reconciliation for all Banks.
Booking of all payments & receipts in correct accounts
Quarterly Reconciliation with vendors & Customers.
Preparation of sales invoice for Domestic & Exports.
Handling of Cash & Cash Payments to Employees against petty expenses and cash vendors against cash purchases.
Maintain cash book and match physical cash with books on daily Basis
Work as per rules & Policies prepared by company
Work as a Team Member with the instruction/Order of your seniors & Managements.
Record keeping has to do on daily basis and in a proper way
Deposits Cheques in Branch, all bank related activities to be taken care off
Preparation of Export Documents
Generation of e-Invoices on GST Portal .
