About the RoleIndiaRentalz is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities including billing, receipts, bank reconciliation, customer/vendor ledgers, GST/TDS support, collections, documentation and monthly reconciliations.The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on Tally Prime and Excel, have strong accounting fundamentals and demonstrate accuracy, ownership and follow-up discipline.Key Responsibilities
Customer billing and rental invoicing
Recording receipts and payments in Tally
Customer and vendor ledger reconciliation
Bank reconciliation
Accounts receivable and outstanding follow-up
Vendor bill processing
GST and TDS data preparation/support
Security deposit accounting
Monthly revenue and MRR reconciliation
Preparation of basic MIS and ageing reports
Maintaining complete accounting documentation
Supporting month-end closing and audit requirements
Required Skills
Working knowledge of Tally Prime
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Understanding of GST and TDS
Bank and ledger reconciliation
Sales, purchase, receipt and payment entries
Strong attention to detail
Good follow-up and communication skills

Compensation: 20,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month

License/Certification:
