Key Responsibilities
Handle daily accounting transactions and voucher entries.
Manage cash, bank, and journal entries.
Perform bank reconciliation and cash reconciliation.
Process customer receipts and vendor payments.
Maintain purchase and sales accounting.
Reconcile OEM, finance company, and insurance accounts.
Support vehicle billing and documentation.
Verify and account for service, spare parts, and accessories transactions.
Prepare GST working, TDS entries, and assist in statutory compliance.
Assist with monthly closing, MIS reports, and audits.
Coordinate with sales, service, and inventory teams to ensure accurate financial records.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
25 years of accounting experience.
Experience in an automobile or two-wheeler dealership is preferred.
Good knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Familiarity with GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Compensation: 15,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month
