Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain financial records for multiple clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage bookkeeping, accounting and financial records.
• Handle bank reconciliations and journal entries.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports and reconciliations.
• Coordinate directly with clients regarding accounting and compliance requirements.
• Resolve client queries related to accounts, taxation and financial reporting.
• Ensure timely submission of statutory filings and maintain compliance deadlines.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Tally/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS and Income Tax.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple client accounts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in client-facing accounting/consulting roles will be an advantage.
