Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Officer to manage daily accounting activities, banking transactions, payroll reconciliation, and statutory compliance. The candidate should have strong working knowledge of Tally ERP and good proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily cash entries and bank transactions in Tally.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation.
- Prepare and maintain TDS working (monthly and quarterly).
- Prepare monthly party payment statements.
- Conduct debtors and creditors reconciliation.
- Perform payroll reconciliation with previous records.
- Handle firm banking and accounts-related matters.
- Follow up with branches and clients for accounts-related issues.
- Maintain payroll records in Tally ERP and process payroll.
- Manage and maintain petty cash records.
- Prepare necessary reports and documentation using MS Excel and Word.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in Tally ERP.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliations.
- Ability to handle banking and financial documentation.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience working with a Private Security Agency only to apply
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
- Ability to coordinate with branches, clients, and internal teams.
