Job Summary
We are looking for an Accounts Payable & Receivable Executive to manage vendor payments and customer collections, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments as per agreed terms.
Follow up on customer outstanding payments and coordinate collections.
Perform three-way matching of purchase orders, receipts and invoices.
Reconcile vendor and customer accounts periodically.
Resolve billing discrepancies with vendors and customers.
Maintain accurate accounts payable and receivable ageing reports.
Support month-end closing activities related to payables and receivables.
Requirements
B.Com or equivalent qualification with accounting knowledge.
Experience in accounts payable and receivable processes.
Working knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Ability to work accurately with numbers under deadlines.
Basic understanding of GST and TDS applicable to transactions.
Compensation: 18,000.00 - 26,000.00 per month
