As an Accounts Payable - Senior Manager, you will specialize in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations within organizations. You will assess financial processes, identify areas for improvement, and design solutions to streamline operations, enhance controls, and reduce costs. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. With increased autonomy, you will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of our Finance Consulting team, focusing on financial management and strategy. Within our Managed Services practice, you will provide guidance on financial systems implementation, process automation, and financial shared services. You will craft and convey clear, impactful messages, apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems, and validate outcomes with clients. Your ability to develop and sustain diverse and inclusive teams, along with your commitment to excellence, will contribute to the success of our firm. Responsibilities Leading the assessment and enhancement of financial processes to improve operational efficiency and cost reduction Developing and implementing financial solutions that align with client needs and strategic goals Managing accounts payable operations, confirming timely and accurate processing of transactions Overseeing financial systems implementation and process automation to streamline operations Providing strategic guidance on financial shared services and internal controls Analyzing financial data to support decision-making and optimize financial performance Coaching and mentoring teams to solve complex financial challenges and drive results Collaborating with clients to validate outcomes and incorporate feedback into financial strategies Applying systems thinking to identify underlying financial problems and opportunities Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic financial story What You Must Have At least a Bachelor's degree At least 14-18 years of experience At least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart Demonstrating advanced skills in financial operations management Utilizing strategic questioning to drive financial decision-making Excelling in financial statement analysis and preparation Managing complex accounts payable and receivable processes Applying analytical thinking to optimize financial strategies Leading teams through challenging financial audits and reviews Innovating financial reporting and forecasting methodologies .
