01Overview
Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferred)
1 to 4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) Calling within US Healthcare RCM
Strong experience in denial management and AR follow-up
Good knowledge of medical coding systems (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS)
Familiarity with US insurance payers, claim adjudication, and EOBs/ERAs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer proficiency and experience with billing software/tools
Ability to work night shifts (US time zones)
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation: 35,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month
