01Requirements
Proven experience of 1 to 4 years in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), with a solid focus on Accounts Receivable (AR) followup and collections.
Solid understanding of medical billing processes, insurance claims, and reimbursement methodologies.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with insurance companies, patients, and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in billing software, Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
Robust attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Working knowledge of medical coding (ICD10, CPT) will be an added advantage.
Shift & Work Model:
Must be adaptable to work night shifts (US time zone).
5 days working from office.
