Accounts Receivable Caller - Physician Billing (Hyderabad)

Roles and Responsibilities : - Conduct outbound calls to patients, providers, and insurance companies to resolve billing issues and collect payments. - Manage denials by identifying root causes, appealing denied claims, and implementing process improvements. - Utilize CMS guidelines to ensure compliance with regulations during AR calls. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex billing discrepancies. Job Requirements : - 1.5-3 years of experience in medical billing or revenue cycle management (RCM). - Robust understanding of CMS guidelines and regulations. - Proficiency in AR calling, denial management, and RCM software applications. .
