Job Summary
We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Executive with 2.5+ years of experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C), B2B & B2C collections, SAP, and Advanced Excel. The ideal candidate should have strong collection, reconciliation, and customer relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) and O2C activities.Handle B2B and B2C collections and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments.Perform customer account reconciliations and resolve payment discrepancies.Process receipts, apply cash, and maintain accurate AR records in SAP.Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve billing and payment issues.Prepare AR ageing reports, collection reports, and MIS.Support month-end closing and reporting activities.Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.Required Skills
2.5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR).Hands-on experience in O2C, B2B Collections, and B2C Collections.Working knowledge of SAP.Proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP).Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Compensation: 350,000.00 - 400,000.00 per year
