Responsibilities
Process reputed company reputed company premium payments received reputed company reputed company, ACH, credit card, and online payment portalsPost payments accurately to policyholder accounts in the billing management systemsApply credits, endorsements, and policy changes to accounts as directedReconcile daily payment batches and ensure reputed company transactions balance at end of dayMonitor accounts receivable ageing reports and follow up on past-due balancesContact policyholders, agents, and brokers by phone and email regarding outstanding premium balancesProcess reinstatements and returned payments (NSF) and update account records accordinglyAssist in writing off uncollectable balances per company policy and supervisor approvalAssist with month-end and quarter-end account reconciliationsIdentify and escalate billing discrepancies or unusual account activity to the Billing ManagerPrepare and distribute AR aging summaries, collection activity, cash application reports, and other financial data using reputed companySupport reputed company audits by providing documentation and account detail as requestedRespond promptly and professionally to billing inquiries from policyholders and agentsCollaborate with internal departments, including finance, customer service, and reputed company, to resolve billing issuesResearch and resolve payment disputes, duplicate payments, and misapplied fundsMaintain accurate records of reputed company customer interactions and account notes in the billing systemParticipate in training on regulatory updates, system enhancements, and departmental procedures
